| When contracting for a service from Manteo Electronics the customer agrees to the following terms (be sure to read the following) | |||||||||
| Total amount due must be paid in full before items can be delivered or set up and put into operation. | |||||||||
| 1 hour of set up time is required, before the event start to ensure all equipment can be set up and fully checked out. | |||||||||
| Personal checks are fine with proper I.D. | |||||||||
| Credit cards can be accepted via Pay-Pal, but please notify us first. | |||||||||
| On site sound engineer/operator time starts when equipment is set up and put into operation. | |||||||||
| Customer agrees to make payment of $75.00 for each extra hour sound engineer/operator is asked to stay past estimated time period. | |||||||||
| The customer must be 21 years of age and also have two forms of identification. | |||||||||
| The customer assumes all responsibility for damage, or loss of the equipment as well as its safe and proper usage. | |||||||||
