| When contracting for a service from Manteo Electronics the customer agrees to the following terms (be sure to read the following) | |||||||||
| Total amount due must be paid in full before items can be picked up or delivered. | |||||||||
| Personal checks are fine and welcome with proper I.D. | |||||||||
| Credit cards can be accepted via Pay-Pal, but please notify us first. | |||||||||
| The customer must be 21 years of age and also have two forms of identification. | |||||||||
| The customer assumes all responsibility for damage, or loss of the equipment as well as its safe and proper usage. | |||||||||
| Manteo Electronics Rental assumes no responsibility or liability for equipment malfunction or suitably or for equipment that may malfunction. | |||||||||
