| When renting from Manteo Electronics the renter agrees to the following rental terms (be sure to read the following) | ||||
| The Rental and Equipment Deposit amounts must be paid in full before items can be picked-up or delivered. | ||||
| Personal checks must be submitted two weeks before pick-up or delivery date and must clear the bank. | ||||
| Credit cards can be accepted, through PayPal only. | ||||
| On site sound engineer/operator time starts when equipment is set up and put in use. | ||||
| Renter agrees to make payment of $75.00 for each extra hour sound engineer/operator is asked to stay past estimated time period. | ||||
| The person renting or the renters agent picking up the equipment must be 21 years of age and also have two forms of identification. | ||||
| The deposit will be returned as soon as all equipment is returned in like delivered condition. | ||||
| The renter assumes all responsibility for damage, or loss of the rented equipment as well as its safe and proper usage. | ||||
| The deposit amounts are not replacement prices and loss or damage may result in renter paying current replacement cost and | ||||
| legal costs if required for collection. | ||||
| Manteo Electronics Rental assumes no responsibility or liability for equipment malfunction or suitably or for equipment that may be | ||||
| unavailable other than a refund for the defective or unavailable items. | ||||
| We must be notified about defective items before returning and we will make every effort to replace or repair a defective item. | ||||
